An east facing, glass-fronted 12 ft. x l4 ft. living space with an attached bathroom. Room overlooks the top of a pine tree! Convertible into a double (king) or twin as required. Apartment key, & wardrobe keys are provided to one occupanant. Off-white walls, hanging lights, wall lights and a bedside lamp. Floor rugs, full length mirror, clock showing local time.

Room is fitted with a split air conditioner, fan, and in winter a room heater is provided. Hot water bottle on request. Running hot and cold water 24x 7 Regular power supply too - a little unusual in most parts of Delhi!..

TV - 21 " screen, colour, with cable - numerous channels including CNBC, HBO, Star Movies, AXN, Discovery, Animal Planet,etc. Many local news & film channels.

Writing Desk, 24x7 Broadband connection, TV & Cable. Lockable wardrobe with extra hanging space. Electronic Safe. Bathroom fitted with bidet, exhaust fan, ceiling fan, water-boiler for running hot water, overhead shower in curtained sunken shower space.Bathroom provided with good quality face and bath towels, soap, toilet paper, shampoo. Fresh linen and towels changed twice a week.Daily servicing - making beds, sweeping, swabbing and garbage removal.Boiled and safe drinking water provided in the room. Fridge available in pantry for guests to stock up as they like.
